Purpose/Activities

The Institute for European Partnerships and International Cooperation was founded in 1982 and registered as a public-benefit association in 1990.

It advises local authorities, schools, youth organisations, educational institutions and partnership committees on practical questions in connection with international co-operations and all matters relating to Europe.

At schools the Institute for European Partnerships affords Days of Europe for young People.
