Support of cooperation with universities abroad (exchange of professors, scientists, Ph.D. students and students; cooperation in the fields of scientific research, scientific education, study curricula; joint courses etc.) 

There are three types of universities' cooperation: 
A. cooperation between universities in industrialized countries
B. cooperations with universities in countries suffering from a serious deficit in foreign exchanges in line with measures of educational and scientific development aid
C. cooperation with universities in Central and Eastern Europe.
