 the Department of Culture and Economy of the Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt), generally represented by agencies of cultural work abroad as well as organizations for the advancement of cultural exchange,

the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and

 the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), generally represented by organizations of foreign aid and development assistance
