The International Au Pair Association (IAPA) is the global trade association for qualified au pair agencies and companies. IAPA provides an independent body to which au pairs and host families alike may apply for information and address their concerns. Member organisations have committed themselves to abide by IAPA's Codes of Conduct (minimal standards) for the placement of au pairs.
